All fabric orders are cut to length. (The final cost is non-refundable).

All lamp shades from our lampshade builder are bespoke handmade to order. (The final cost is non-refundable).

All lampshade repairs are bespoke handmade to order. (the final cost is non-refundable).

If your item is broken or faulty on delivery then a replacement will be arranged once Premier Lampshades receives the damaged item back. Premier Lampshades Ltd will be responsible for the return postage costs of the damaged item and sending you the replacement item.

Should a return be granted under special circumstances agreed with ourselves, then  the customer will need to cover all shipping costs involved for a safe return with all original packaging, if any items are returned without the original packaging then there will be no refund.

If a return is granted under special circumstances agreed with ourselves then we Premier Lampshades will deduct a (60% manufacturing cost) from the final cost.

If returning any faulty/damaged goods please retain your proof of delivery as Premier Lampshades Ltd cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit, this will be up to the customer to make a claim with their own couriers. Please inform us via  email if you are returning any items so we know an approximate time for the return.

Premier Lampshades Ltd uses Royal Mail and Parcel Force for most of their deliveries. We recommend customers using these services for returns if needed. Any items damaged or lost in return transit is the responsibility of the customer and Premier Lampshades Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of this, this will be up to the customer to make a claim with the couriers they have used. 

''Please note'', all lampshades ordered from our shop's 50% sale section cannot be returned or refunded, unless damaged on arrival, then a replacement lampshade will be sent once the damaged lamp shade has been returned and the return cost will be refunded by Premier Lampshades Ltd.

The manufacturing process of all lampshades, cushion covers & fabric cutting will start within 24 hours from the order being received.

Delivery time will be approximately 4 to 8 working days for UK mainland orders and 8 to 12 days for all Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland, please allow up to 12 to 21 days for delivery to any destination outside the UK. 

All orders placed from our website's accessories, frames and  fabric swatches will be processed within 24 hours, delivery times will vary depending on where the customer recides.  

''Please note'' The customer is strictly required to examine the goods at the point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition' if this is not possible please sign for stating 'unchecked', if the package is damaged please refuse delivery and the goods will be returned back to us at no extra cost to the customer.

Premier Lampshades LTD will then manufacture another lampshade etc etc etc and re-deliver it back to the customer at no extra cost to the customer.

Premier Lampshades Ltd offer a 5 day money back guarantee for (accessories and lampshade frames only), the return cost of any of these goods will be at the customers own expense and via their own couriers.

Please note all returns must be in their original state and packaging, if not there will be no refund.

All customers have 24 hours from payment/order received to cancel or to make any alterations to any handmade lampshades, lampshade builder, Lampshade repair, cushion covers and cut length fabrics, After this time period the order will be in the process of manufacture and Premier Lampshades LTD do not offer a refund after this time period due to Premier Lampshades LTD manufacturing cost.
